Zelia on Seven

Zelia on Seven was a recent acquisition by Bigos Management, formerly named ViaSol Apartments. Upon acquiring, we weren't happy with the ViaSol brand and what it was trying to communicate. A failed project to create a green, environmentally-conscious, self-sustaining apartment complex, the name ViaSol did not lend itself to any aspect of the property.

By renaming ViaSol to "Zelia on Seven," we were able to distance ourselves from the previous owners' project while aligning the brand more with the property. Located on MN HWY 7, Zelia on Seven is a property that caters to the middle-of-the-road St. Louis Park resident. The word "Zelia" lends itself to energy and zeal, calling back on the energy efficiency of the property. The "Z" contains two hidden 7s, a little easter egg referring to Highway 7.
