Lilia Apartments is a gorgeous brand designed to emulate the quiet peace of Lilydale, Minnesota. Located on the bluffs of the Mississippi River, Lilia is the second apartment community in the small Saint Paul suburb of Lilydale. An area of established, comfortable folks, this community needed to communicate easy living, thoughtful details, and elevated lifestyles.

Lilia's and The Mera's brands were being developed at the same time. While The Mera's brand was fluid over the two years of its development, Lilia's brand has always been clear to me. Rooted in calming greens and browns, Lilia's brand speaks to the beauty of the community. Lilia's residents are established, both in their careers and within themselves. They know what they want and the lifestyle they've come to expect. With this in mind, I have tailored Lilia's brand to be clean, elevated, and thoughtful.
